This teapot was easy to clean and the thickness is average but strong and sturdy. It’s absolutely beautiful. I ordered part of the set from Macys and Niemans. But it was so popular, I had to do a search for the other pieces. And, as always, Amazon had itvand delivered it safely and very fast. This is an awesome teapot and tea setting. Especially for those who would like a more contemporary set with the gold accents.. Something to pass down to their daughters.
