I am going on vacation and needed a good crossbody. The Zippers and Button seem to be very sturdy and secure. No rips, tears, or unraveling of the fabric. Beautiful design and the pocket on the strap is detailed as well. My phone is too big for it, but it’ll be used to hold my ID and chapstick etc etc.Strap is long and at least two inches thick. This won’t weigh on my shoulders like those thinner straps. I’m 5’5″ and what you’d call “thick” and this falls right to my hip. No problems with it being tight at the bust.Nicely lined, it will soften up after use (it’s new and feels slightly rough but not ‘itchy’). Absolutely love this purse and will use well after this vacation!I wouldn’t recommend washing it in a machine. Hand washing would be best if worried about it unraveling.
